Description
This Valentine’s Day celebration includes a 3-course dinner while you listen to the romantic songs of Frank Sinatra, performed live by Rich DiMare and the Ron Poster Trio. A wine pour is included at the start of dinner, and a full bar will be available throughout the evening for purchase of wine, cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
Dinner Menu:
- First course ~ Green Salad with Roasted Root Vegetables and Molasses Red Wine Vinaigrette
Served with Warm Rolls & Whipped Butter - Second course ~ Chicken Cordon Blu – Chicken Breast stuffed with Ham, Mustard & Gruyere Cheese, Herbed Duchess Potatoes, Braised Kale, Lemon Veloute
OR Vegetarian option ~ Za’atar Dusted Cauliflower Steak - Third course ~ Chocolate Pot de Creme, Whipped Cream, Chocolate Covered Strawberry

~ You will be seated with your party and other guests at round tables in our Vineyard Ballroom.

The Rich DiMare and the Ron Poster Trio:
Rich DiMare is an American jazz singer who specializes in the Frank Sinatra songbook. Rich has 15 years experience in providing entertainment across America. Along with being a talented singer, he also DJ’s at Red Sox games throughout the season. Rich has worked live on air at Boston’s highest rated morning show, KISS 108’s Matty in the Morning and as a host on Boston’s Fox25 TV. Because of this experience in media and music Rich is a seasoned showman. Rich is joined by the Ron Poster Band.
Ron Poster is the organist for the Boston Bruins and plays the weekly Sinatra Sunday Show at Capo. Rich and Ron’s understanding of the Sinatra songbook coupled with their interactions on stage makes this Old Blue Eyes experience unique and something Rat Pack lovers won’t forget!
