Made at our dedicated sparkling wine facility in Derry, New Hampshire, this Brut is produced using the Méthode Champenoise, the traditional technique behind the world’s finest sparkling wines. This labor-intensive, hands-on winemaking process includes secondary fermentation inside the bottle, long aging on the lees, and careful riddling and disgorgement – all of which create fine bubbles, balanced structure, and exceptional depth.
