- Appetizer Course ~ Savory Crepe: filled with mushroom, asparagus, gruyere, pickled onion, espresso hollandaise
- Paired with LaBelle Red Alchemy Wine
- Salad Course ~Crispy Coppa and Egg Salad: mixed greens, herbed croutons, pansy blossom, crispy fried Coppa, boiled eggs, coffee vinaigrette

- Main Course ~ Sliced Sirloin of Beef: cocoa espresso roasted baby carrots, whipped potato, coffee cognac cream
