LaBelle Wine Club FAQs:

The LaBelle Wine Club is designed to give members a year-long journey through our wines with three seasonal shipments, exclusive benefits, and special event invitations. Below are answers to common questions about how the Wine Club works.

What is the LaBelle Wine Club and what is included?

The LaBelle Wine Club is a fun and unique way to explore our extensive portfolio of wines throughout the year. Benefits of the LaBelle Wine Club include:

  • Three releases of four, specially selected wines by our Winemaker, Amy LaBelle, over the course of a year (12 bottles of wine total!)
  • Exclusive newsletters from LaBelle Winery featuring insights from Owner and Winemaker, Amy LaBelle, and our resident sommelier
  • 10% off all LaBelle wines, every day (in-store and online purchases)
  • Six complimentary wine tasting cards to use at any time, at either our Amherst or Derry Tasting Rooms
  • Invitations to exclusive pick-up parties at LaBelle Winery
  • Two complimentary tickets to our new wine release events
  • Invites to member-only events
  • Invites to an Annual Vineyard Tour and Talk with the LaBelle winemaking team

How long does my Wine Club membership last?

Wine Club memberships last for one year from the date of purchase. You will receive 12 bottles of wine (four wines per release – 3 releases in total) over that 12 month period.

Can I choose which wines I get?

Yes. One month before each shipment, you will receive an email with options to select your preferred assortment. Your options to choose from for each release are as follows: red wine assortment, white wine assortment, or mixed red/white/blush wine assortment.

When will I receive my shipments?

Shipments are scheduled three times a year in February, June, and October.

Can I gift a Wine Club membership?

Yes. You can gift a membership, and the recipient will be added to our member database and receive all the benefits.

If I gift a Wine Club membership, when does it start for the recipient? Immediately or with the next shipment?

Gifted Wine Club memberships begin as soon as they are purchased. The recipient will receive benefits immediately, and their first shipment will align with the next scheduled delivery month.

Can I purchase more than one Wine Club membership?

Yes. You may purchase multiple memberships if you would like additional wine shipments or to give memberships as gifts.

Can members outside NH, MA, or FL receive wine shipments?

No. At this time shipping is only available to residents of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Florida. All other members may select the pick up option.

Can I switch from pick up to shipping during the year?

If you would like to change your delivery method after joining, please contact us and we will assist you.

Do I have to attend the Wine Club pick-up parties?

Attendance is optional. If you choose not to attend, you will still receive your wines and all other benefits.

Can the complimentary tasting cards included in my Wine Club Membership be shared?

Yes. Your six complimentary tasting cards can be used by you or shared with guests.

Can I cancel my membership mid-year and receive a refund?

Wine Club memberships are non-refundable once purchased. If you cannot use your membership, you may transfer the remaining benefits to another person by contacting us.

Does my membership renew automatically, or do I need to rejoin each year?

Wine Club memberships do not renew automatically. You will need to rejoin each year if you would like to continue your membership.

What if I do not like a wine included in the shipment? Can I substitute another?

Each shipment offers curated options from our winemaker. You will have the opportunity to choose from these options, but substitutions outside the provided choices are not available.

If I cannot pick up my wines during the pick up party, how long do I have to collect them?

Wines not picked up during a party will be held for you at the winery for two weeks after the party. Please contact us to arrange a convenient pick up.

Does my 10% off wine discount included in my Wine Club Membership apply to purchases online and in-person?

Yes. The discount applies to all wine purchases made online or at LaBelle Winery.

The Vineyard Club offers members a way to feel personally connected to LaBelle’s vineyards and winery. Members enjoy symbolic vine adoption, special invitations to events, and priority access to certain experiences. Below are answers to common questions about how the Vineyard Club works.

What is the LaBelle Vineyard Club and what is included?

With special invitations to harvesting, celebrations, receptions, networking opportunities, and workshops; being a part of the Vineyard Club at LaBelle Winery is a way to get involved with your community and your region. Benefits of the LaBelle Vineyard Club include:

  • Your very own grapevine, tagged with your name or message
  • Two complimentary admissions (yourself and a guest) to Harvest Day Festivities
  • Two complimentary tickets (yourself and a guest) to our Harvest Day Celebration following Harvest Day
  • Six complimentary wine tasting cards (or more, depending on your subscription tier)
  • Periodic updates on the health and happenings in The Vineyard at LaBelle Winery in an exclusive members-only newsletter
  • Annual Vineyard Club cocktail reception with the Winemaker, Cellar Master, and Vineyard Manager
  • First-invites and discounts to select LaBelle Winery events (when available)
  • Member certificate (sent via email)
  • Priority seating at LaBelle Hosted Events

Can I gift a Vineyard Club membership?

Yes. You can gift a membership, and the recipient will be added to our member database and receive all the benefits.

How do I renew my membership?

Vineyard Club memberships are available in one, three, or five year terms. At the end of your term, you may renew through the Membership portal.

Can businesses or organizations purchase a Vineyard Club membership?

Yes. Corporate memberships are available. Please contact us directly to set this up.

How do I use my complimentary wine tasting cards?

Present your Vineyard Club complimentary tasting card when you come in for your wine tasting at our Amherst and Derry Tasting Rooms. Vineyard Club complimentary tasting cards are mailed to you after purchasing a Vineyard Club Membership.

What does priority seating mean at LaBelle hosted events?

Vineyard Club Members are given access to preferred seating areas at LaBelle hosted events, when available.

When will my grapevine tag be placed, and when can I visit it?

Grapevine tags are placed seasonally by our vineyard team. You are welcome to visit your vine during our open hours and Vineyard Club events.

Do I own my vine or the grapes?

No. The adoption of a vine is symbolic. LaBelle Winery retains all ownership of vines, grapes, and wine produced.

Can I bring a guest with me to Vineyard Club events beyond the included invitations?

Vineyard Club memberships include entry for you and one guest at specific events. Additional guest access may be available for purchase depending on the event.

Which events qualify for the Vineyard Club member discount?

Discounts apply to select LaBelle Winery events when noted. Members receive first-invites and notification when a discount is offered.

Vintage Rewards Program FAQs:

The Vintage Rewards program is LaBelle Winery’s free loyalty club. Members earn points on everyday purchases at our locations and redeem them for LaBelle gift cards. Below are answers to common questions about how the Vintage Rewards works.

What does the Vintage Rewards loyalty program entail and how do I join?

LaBelle Winery’s Vintage Rewards Loyalty Program rewards devoted LaBelle enthusiasts for every purchase made at LaBelle Winery. For each dollar spent at LaBelle Winery in Amherst and Derry, members will receive one point. After 500 points are earned, you will be rewarded a complimentary $25 LaBelle gift card!

This program is free to join; simply sign up online, or at LaBelle Winery and your purchases will begin to be tracked immediately. Click here to sign up!

What purchases earn points?

Points are earned on purchases made at LaBelle Winery’s Wine Tasting and Gift Shop, The Bistro, Americus Restaurant, LaBelle Market, The Links Golf Course, and Mini Links Mini Golf.

What purchases do not earn points?

Points cannot be earned on public event tickets, room rentals, or private event-related purchases.

Can I earn points on online purchases?

Online orders do not automatically earn points. Present your order confirmation at your next visit to LaBelle Winery and our staff will apply those points to your Vintage Rewards Loyalty Program account.

Do my earned points expire?

No. Vintage Rewards points never expire.

How can I check my current points balance?

You may ask a LaBelle Winery staff member at checkout to inquire about your accounts current point balance, or request an update by contacting our team directly at 603-672-9898.

Can I redeem my points for cash?

.No. Vintage Rewards points cannot be redeemed for cash.

Can I use my rewards at both Amherst and Derry locations?

Yes. Rewards are valid at both LaBelle Winery Amherst and Derry.

Can multiple people use one rewards account, or does each person need their own account?

Each Vintage Rewards account is tied to one name provided at sign up. Purchases tracked under that name will earn points. If you share an account, all purchases must be recorded under the same name in order to earn points collectively.

If I lose my $25 gift card reward, can it be replaced?

Gift cards issued through the Vintage Rewards program are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
