What is LaBelle Lights?
LaBelle Lights is an outdoor holiday light show featuring over a million lights displayed in festive displays to bring joy to the holiday season. Families and groups can enjoy this wholesome activity to escape the stresses of the holidays and create a yearly tradition!
Where is LaBelle Lights located?
LaBelle Lights is located at LaBelle Winery, 14 Route 111, Derry, NH 03038. Click here for directions.
What dates is LaBelle Lights open?
LaBelle Lights is open from November 12th, 2024 until January 19th, 2025, Tuesday through Sunday, from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The show is closed on Mondays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
*Note that LaBelle Lights is open regardless of weather, unless it is severe and roads are not passable.

How do I purchase tickets, and when can I visit?
Click the “BUY TICKETS” button on the main LaBelle Lights page, or click HERE and follow the prompts. We recommend pre-purchasing tickets online to expedite your entry to LaBelle Lights. Tickets are the same price when bought online or bought upon entry.
When purchasing tickets, you will be asked to choose a time-slot for when you and your party plan to arrive. You may check-in anytime within the hour time-slot you booked for, and will have unlimited access to the walking path after checking-in on your booking date. If you happen to arrive before/after the time slot you originally booked, no worries at all – you will still be able to successfully check in!
What is the Santa Photo Experience? What is included?
Upgrade your LaBelle Lights Experience with our Santa Photo Experience which includes:
- A personal interaction with Santa within our indoor Winter Wonderland photo-op spot.
- Professional photo shot by Allison Hope Photography.
- One printed 4×6 photo keepsake frame per family – printed on-site.
- Price: $45 per pass (up to 6 people per pass).
The Santa Photo Experience Pass is available to book from 4:30-8:30pm for the following dates of LaBelle Lights: 11/13, 11/14, 11/20, 11/21, 11/27, 12/4, 12/5, 12/11, 12/12, 12/18 & 12/19.

What is your LaBelle Lights cancellation policy?
All LaBelle Lights ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Any unused tickets will be considered “expired” when the LaBelle Lights season ends on January 19th, 2025.
Due to a change of plans, I won’t be able to attend LaBelle Lights on the date I got tickets for. Can I use my LaBelle Lights tickets on another date?
If you are unable to attend LaBelle Lights on the date/time you originally purchased your tickets for, those same tickets will still be valid for any other date or time that LaBelle Lights is open through January 19th, 2025.* You do not need to reschedule your visit date/time online.
*The only exception is if you purchased a Twinkle Tuesday discounted ticket, you will only be able to attend LaBelle Lights on another Tuesday.
Can I transfer my LaBelle Lights tickets to another person?
Yes! Tickets can be transferred to another person by forwarding them via email or by printing them.
What if the date I want to attend LaBelle Lights is sold out?
If the date you want to attend LaBelle Lights is sold out, you can join a waitlist to be notified of ticket availability. As it is unlikely tickets will become available when we sell out, we highly recommend choosing an alternate date/time to attend LaBelle Lights.
How do I find my LaBelle Lights ticket?
After you purchase online LaBelle Lights tickets, you will receive your ticket(s) via email, provided you accurately enter your email address. Our staff will scan the code(s) on your ticket(s) during check-in.
I’ve lost my LaBelle Lights ticket(s); what do I do?
If you can’t find your LaBelle Lights tickets, go to the LaBelle Lights event page HERE, click “Manage Tickets” and follow the prompts to re-send the tickets to your email address.
Can I give LaBelle Lights tickets as a gift?
Yes! You can purchase LaBelle Lights tickets online for gifting by using your or the recipient’s email address. You can also print out the ticket for physical gift-giving.
I want to organize a large group to attend LaBelle Lights. Can I get a discount?
Large groups of 25-49 people attending LaBelle Lights receive $3 off per ticket, and groups of 50 people or receive $5 off per ticket. Large groups must inquire with Stephanie Fournier to receive the discount.

SEVERE WEATHER CANCELLATION
What happens if LaBelle Lights is closed due to weather on the day I purchased a ticket for?
If severe weather is predicted, LaBelle Lights may delay opening or close for the evening. Ticket holders of that day will receive emailed instructions to reschedule their visit to a different date.

ONSITE LOGISTICS WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Is there parking at LaBelle Lights?
Yes, LaBelle Winery in Derry offers parking for all guests attending LaBelle Lights. Our parking options include:
- General Parking: Available at no additional cost on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Accessible Parking: Designated spots for guests with accessibility needs. Our parking attendants will direct eligible guests to these areas.
- Preferred Parking (Friday’s & Saturday’s only):
- Located closer to the entrance of LaBelle Lights, Americus, and LaBelle Market
- Limited spots available
- Cost: $10 per vehicle
- Can be reserved in advance when purchasing LaBelle Lights admission tickets online

How do I check in?
Check-in for LaBelle Lights is at the LaBelle Winery Tasting Room Barn, located at the back of the LaBelle Winery campus and steps away from the parking area.
Is LaBelle Lights wheelchair and stroller accessible?
The LaBelle Lights path is wheelchair and stroller accessible, but there could be exceptions on any given day, primarily due to weather. Upon arrival, those with mobility challenges can speak with LaBelle Lights staff about areas to avoid or alternative paths.
How long does it take to walk through the LaBelle Lights course?
The duration of the LaBelle Lights walk can be tailored to individual preferences, allowing those in a hurry to complete it in under 30 minutes. For those who wish to immerse themselves in the enchanting displays, taking a more leisurely pace is always an option. Additionally, visitors are welcome to go through the walk more than once to fully appreciate the diverse and captivating exhibits on display!
May I Bring my pet to LaBelle Lights?
Pets are not allowed at LaBelle Lights. Thank you for your understanding.
Are there restrooms at LaBelle Lights?
Yes, please ask any LaBelle staff member for directions to the nearest restroom at LaBelle Lights.

How Should I Dress to Attend LaBelle Lights?
LaBelle Lights is an outdoor walk. Wear slip-resistant boots and appropriate cold-weather attire.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPTIONS
What are my food and beverage options when visiting LaBelle Lights?
LaBelle Lights offers a variety of food and drink options at the Tasting Barn (where you check in), LaBelle Market, and the LaBelle Lights Snack Shack, conveniently located on the LaBelle Lights walking path and located at LaBelle Winery Derry, the home of LaBelle Lights. Consumables include alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hot chocolate, and delicious grab-and-go snacks.
Adjacent to LaBelle Lights is Americus Restaurant, which serves a fully plated dining menu and has both restaurant and bar seating. We recommend making a reservation ahead of time. Click here to make a dining reservation at Americus.
Can I bring food and beverages to LaBelle Lights from home?
Unless purchased at LaBelle Winery’s Tasting Room, Americus Restaurant, or LaBelle Market, food and beverages are not allowed on the LaBelle Lights tour, except for infants, young children, or those with special dietary needs.
