About Karen Morgan:
Karen Morgan was born and raised in Athens, Georgia, but now calls Maine home. A former trial attorney, she has been performing stand-up comedy in theaters and performing arts centers for two decades. She entertains audiences nationwide with her relatable observations of family and everyday life. Karen has 2 (soon to be 3) Dry Bar Comedy Specials and has been featured on The Talk on CBS, and in The Washington Post, HuffPost and The Insider. Her latest album, “Shiny Happy People Laughing,” was recorded in Athens, Georgia, and named with kind permission from her hometown band, REM. It can be heard exclusively on Sirius XM Radio. She loves to travel for comedy shows, especially if there is a Waffle House along the way.
