What does five years look like? It looks like community, growth, and gratitude. It looks like LaBelle in Bloom! Join us for an unforgettable anniversary gala at our Derry, NH property on June 6, 2026; an evening inspired by the height of summer and the beauty of everything we’ve built together in Derry, NH. The evening will also serve as a fundraiser for Lydia’s House of Hope, offering guests multiple meaningful ways to give back throughout the night. New Hampshire artist Benjamin Archibald will lead a live Imprint Project, a collaborative piece created from the fingerprints of attendees. The finished artwork will be featured in a live auction, alongside an original floral painting by artist Jessie Lee and an original piece by Amy LaBelle, which will also serve as the backdrop for the evening’s menus. Additional opportunities to support the cause will be available throughout the event.
The night begins with a lively cocktail hour with a special cocktail greeting, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a raw bar followed by a LaBelle champagne toast and four-course dinner prepared by our talented Executive Chef, Justin Bernatchez. Enjoy tunes played by a talented DJ, fine LaBelle wines, interactive live painting stations, and lively conversations with the LaBelle community. Formal, floral-themed attire is warmly encouraged as we come together for this special occasion. Four-Course Dinner Menu:
A full bar will be available throughout the evening for purchases of LaBelle wines, specialty cocktails, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
- First Course ~ Roasted Mushroom Crepe: Roasted mushrooms, asparagus, gruyere cheese, béarnaise
- Second Course ~ Heirloom Tomato Salad: Butter lettuce, heirloom tomato, and mozzarella pearls, tossed in LaBelle Winery Rose tarragon vinaigrette topped with micro flowers
- Third Course Options:
~ Cocoa Espresso Braised Short Rib: roasted mushrooms, broccolini, and confit fingerling potato, topped with a coffee cognac cream sauce cream sauce

~ Salmon Meunière: with confit fingerling potato and broccolini, finished with butter, lemon, parsley and caper sauce

~ Vegetarian Mille Feuille: Zucchini, summer squash, red peppers, and onion layered between pasta sheets with herbed whipped ricotta and spinach béchamel sauce - Fourth Course ~ Strawberry Rhubarb Tart: Rose-infused pastry cream, strawberries, rhubarb, vanilla bean chantilly cream and candied rose petals
