New York’s Finest stays true to the 3 band member line up of The Police while they tap into the signature style of the funky reggae pop rock fusion that Sting & The Police made a global phenomenon.
New York’s Finest features Mark Rinzel of “Jessie’s Girl” The world’s hottest 80’s tribute band. Mark is one of the few humans who can play bass and sing like 70’s/80’s era Sting! “NYF” spotlights Oscar Bautista session and broadway orchestra guitarist recreating the signature sonic landscapes that guitarist Andy Summers designed for The Police. “NYF” showcases Producer/Engineer Alan Camlet on drums delivering the ferocity and infectious grooves of Stewart Copeland.
