The Bistro & Americus Restaurant Announce New Spring Menus

Amherst and Derry, New Hampshire — LaBelle Winery, known for its award-winning wines and farm-to-table cuisine, announces its spring 2025 dining menu and seasonal beverage offerings at Americus Restaurant in Derry and The Bistro in Amherst. The new seasonal selections are now available for lunch, brunch and dinner at both locations.

Spring Menu Overview

LaBelle’s 2025 spring menu showcases seasonal ingredients and flavors that capture the essence of spring. “Spring is such an exciting time in New England as we welcome fresh, vibrant ingredients back to our tables” says Amy LaBelle, the winery’s founder and co-owner.

“Executive Chef Justin Bernatchez has created dishes that truly capture the essence of spring,” LaBelle adds. “We’re especially excited about our new low-alcohol wine options, which offer the same exceptional taste profile with 33 percent less alcohol than our standard wines. Spring Specials

Both restaurants have introduced a spring specials section to their menus, highlighting dishes that showcase the freshest seasonal ingredients and flavors. At Americus Restaurant, the spring offerings include comté gougères, spring vegetable primavera, tasso and asparagus pizza and strawberry rhubarb brown butter cake. The Bistro’s spring specials include Pernod shrimp, a char-grilled pork chop, and salted maple pot de crème.Both restaurants serve lunch, brunch, and dinner. REGULAR MENU OFFERINGS

Both restaurants’ regular menus showcase their unique culinary identities. The Bistro presents American fare prepared with French techniques while Americus Restaurant offers American cuisine with international influences. Both locations share core menu categories including soups and salads, artisanal cheese and charcuterie boards, and diverse appetizers. Each restaurant features premium hand-cut steaks and a variety of entrees.

The Bistro offers sophisticated dishes like bouillabaisse, beef Bourguignon and a pan-roasted Cornish hen while Americus presents entrees such as steak frites, chicken LaBelle and seared salmon.

Americus Restaurant also features house-made pasta dishes and artisanal pizzas.

BEVERAGE PROGRAMS

Both restaurants feature full-service bars and offer comprehensive beverage options that complement their culinary offerings. Each location offers a complete selection of spirits. Americus provides both bottled and draft beer options while The Bistro offers a curated selection of bottled beers.

The spring cocktail menu at Americus Restaurant includes a maple sea salt old fashioned, the LaBelle crisp martini, The Spring Fling, peach rosé sangria and a banana breeze mai tai. The Bistro’s spring cocktails include a lavender French 75, a strawberry rosé limoncello spritz, a hot honey peach margarita, a grapefruit martini and a violette gin sour.

Both restaurants also offer dessert cocktails including an espresso martini, chocolate mudslide martini and various cocktail flights. Both locations also serve an extensive selection of LaBelle’s award-winning wines with wine flights available.
LaBelle’s wine menus include fruit-forward whites, dry full-bodied whites, semi-sweet whites, rosé options, fruit-forward oaked reds and bold oaked reds along with sparkling and dessert wines. A variety of non-alcoholic options are available at both restaurants including creative mocktails, specialty coffees and other non-alcoholic beverages.

New to both beverage menus are low-alcohol cocktails, which contain up to 50 percent less alcohol than standard cocktails. These include The Refresher and a limoncello highball at Americus and a white wine and peach mint julep at The Bistro. Both locations also offer low-alcohol wines containing 33 percent less alcohol than standard wines. “Our low-alcohol wine collection was created for those who want to enjoy the complex flavors and experience of wine while maintaining a more moderate alcohol intake,” says Amy LaBelle.

Americus Restaurant in Derry, a recipient of OpenTable’s Diners’ Choice Award, features New England contemporary cuisine with an international flair in a comfortable setting.
