LaBelle Winery Announces New 2025 Fall Menus and Seasonal Beverage Offerings

Amherst and Derry, New Hampshire — LaBelle Winery, known for its award-winning wines and farm-to-table cuisine, announces its fall 2025 dining menu and seasonal beverage offerings at Americus restaurant in Derry and The Bistro in Amherst. The new seasonal selections are now available for lunch, brunch, dinner and dessert at both locations. LaBelle’s 2025 fall menus showcases seasonal ingredients and flavors that celebrate autumn in New England.

DiRōNA Award Recognition

In August 2025, Americus received the DiRōNA Award of Excellence from Distinguished Restaurants of North America. DiRōNA has recognized North America’s most exceptional dining destinations since 1990 through an impartial inspection process assessing cuisine, service, hospitality and ambiance. This is LaBelle Winery’s first DiRōNA Award of Excellence.

“Recognition from DiRōNA tells me our approach is landing with guests,” says executive chef Justin Bernatchez. “This season, we’re focusing on precise technique and honest flavors, comforting food that feels alive on the palate.”

Fall Menu Offerings

Americus is offering butternut squash and pumpkin hummus, sage spaghetti and an apple crumble blossom.
The Bistro features a roasted butternut and farro salad, wild mushroom pappardelle and a wine-brined grilled pork chop.

Core Menu Offerings

Americus serves American cuisine with international influences, while The Bistro presents American fare using French culinary techniques. Shared menu categories include soups and salads, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie boards and a range of appetizers. Each kitchen features premium hand-cut steaks and a variety of entrees.

The Bistro offers dishes such as beef Bourguignon, seared Atlantic salmon and chicken LaBelle, while Americus presents steak frites, peppercorn-crusted swordfish and short rib stroganoff. Americus also features house-made pasta dishes and artisanal pizzas.

Sunday brunch is served at both locations from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. At The Bistro, seasonal highlights include raspberry-stuffed beignet dippers; eggs Benedict; autumn vegetable hash and apple French toast. Brunch cocktails include a French toast espresso martini; a build-your-own LaBelle bloody Mary and mimosas in flavors such as apple cider, pomegranate sage and cranberry. At Americus, look for fall honey fritters; shrimp and grits; an autumn Benedict and sunrise poutine alongside boozy iced coffee and mimosa flights. Kids’ brunch menus are available at both restaurants.

BEVERAGE OFFERINGS

LaBelle’s award-winning wines anchor the beverage programs at both locations, with wine flights available. The lists span fruit-forward and dry whites, rosés, fruit-forward oaked reds, bold oaked reds and sparkling and dessert wines.

Each restaurant features a full-service bar and a complete selection of spirits. Americus offers a variety of bottled and draft beers, while The Bistro curates bottled beer selections.

Seasonal cocktails at Americus include a honey maple old fashioned; a spiced maple bourbon fizz; a cinnamon apple martini; a candied bacon Manhattan and an autumn sail.

The Bistro’s fall cocktails include an apple pie sangria; a blood orange ginger martini; a spiced fig Moscow mule; a maple paloma and LaBelle’s cranberry cosmopolitan.

Both locations offer dessert martinis and dessert martini flights; nonalcoholic choices including creative mocktails and specialty coffees and low-alcohol cocktails. These include the spiced orchard breeze, the cider storm and low-alcohol wines containing 33 percent less alcohol than standard wines.
