This event is for guests ages 21+
- Appetizer ~ Cheese & Charcuterie Grazing Table: cheeses, meats, fresh vegetables, assorted crackers, pickled vegetables
- Paired with Sparkling Wine served in a Gatsby themed display
- Salad ~ Spinach and Pea Salad: Baby spinach, bacon, hard boiled eggs, green peas, sweet onion, Swiss cheese, creamy herbed butter milk dressing
- Paired with LaBelle Rosé Wine
- Intermezzo ~ Lemon and Basil Sorbet
- with LaBelle Seyval Blanc wine pour over
- Entree ~ Filet and Lobster Béarnaise: grilled filet of beef, duchess potato, roasted asparagus, béarnaise with lobster meat

Event Timeline:
• 7:45pm – Doors open, sparkling wine display begins.
• 8:00pm – Cheese & charcuterie display, live Cirque entertainment for Cocktail Hour.
• 9:00pm – Dinner is served in the Great Room.
• 10:00pm – Band performance & dance floor opens.
• 11:00pm – Dessert & coffee served.
• 12:00pm – Countdown to midnight, Performance ends, event concludes.
