LaBelle Winery Introduces Winter Brunch Menus & Winter Cocktails at Americus Restaurant and The Bistro

Amherst and Derry, New Hampshire — LaBelle Winery announces the launch of its winter brunch menus and winter cocktail offerings at Americus Restaurant in Derry and The Bistro in Amherst. Sunday brunch is available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at both locations throughout the winter season. In addition to brunch, both restaurants will continue to offer seasonal lunch and dinner menus. The new winter brunch selections reflect the season through updated dishes and beverages developed under the direction of executive chef Justin Bernatchez and winemaker Amy LaBelle.

“Our winter brunch menus are designed to bring comfort, balance and seasonal depth to familiar dishes,” said executive chef Justin Bernatchez. “We focused on rich flavors, house made sauces and straightforward presentations that fit naturally into a weekend brunch setting.”
“Winter is one of the most festive times of year at LaBelle, and brunch gives people another way to gather, celebrate and enjoy time together,” said Amy LaBelle, co-owner and winemaker at LaBelle Winery. “It allows us to welcome guests into our restaurants throughout the season with food and wine that feel both comforting and celebratory.”

Brunch at The Bistro

The Bistro’s new brunch items include appetizers such as raspberry stuffed beignet dippers served with a red wine honey glaze and mushroom toast prepared with sauteed mushrooms, triple creme cheese, thyme and red wine syrup. Entrees include a lobster benedict croissant with poached eggs and bearnaise sauce; bananas Foster French toast with dark rum caramel sauce and candied walnuts; stuffed biscuits and gravy with sausage, fried egg and house-made gravy; and an open-faced brunch burger served on grilled challah with maple aioli. A children’s brunch menu is also available.

Brunch cocktails at The Bistro include the Honey Graham; a French toast espresso martini; an eggnog white Russian; a build-your-own LaBelle bloody Mary; mimosas in multiple winter flavors; and a mimosa tower for group service.

Brunch at americus Restaurant

Americus’ new winter brunch selections include appetizers such as churro bites with Spanish hot chocolate dip and sausage and egg and cheese turnovers with cholula aioli.Entree offerings include a holiday Benedict with maple bourbon hollandaise; a holiday hash with chestnuts, apples, sausage, and cranberry glaze; steak and eggs with an 8-ounce Brandt coulotte steak; and gingerbread French toast with coquito Anglaise and peppermint crumble. A children’s brunch menu is also available.Winter brunch cocktails include a boozy iced coffee flight; a mimosa flight with rotating winter flavors; and a Bloody elixir with house-made bloody Mary mix.

Beverage Offerings

LaBelle’s award-winning wines anchor both restaurants’ beverage programs. Wine lists include fruit-forward and dry whites; rosés; fruit-forward oaked reds; bold oaked reds; sparkling wines and dessert wines. Wine flights are available at both locations.Each restaurant features a full-service bar and complete selection of spirits.  Americus offers a variety of bottled and draft beers, while The Bistro offers a curated bottled beer selection.
Seasonal cocktails at Americus include the Berry Cherry Holiday; a brown sugar pecan old fashioned; the Jack Frost; blood orange sangria; a pomegranate Aperol spritz; a spiced maple bourbon fizz; a sugar plum sour; a white cranberry cosmopolitan; a winter paloma and the Yule Mule.
The Bistro’s winter cocktails include ‘Tis the Season Sangria; a sugar plum French 75; a pear martini; a blood orange ginger martini; a spiced fig Moscow mule; a chai Margarita; a holiday spritz; a black currant bourbon mezcal sour; a toasted pecan old fashioned; a fig martini; an elder sage martini; the Rum Rum Rudolph and the LaBelle cranberry cosmopolitan.
Both locations also offer dessert martinis and dessert martini flights, including espresso martinis; peppermint espresso martinis; gingerbread martinis, and milk-and-cookies martinis.
