Amherst, New Hampshire — LaBelle Winery announces the redesign of The Bistro. The restaurant’s updated look embraces the calming essence of the surrounding vineyard, with warm earth tones and natural textures that enhance the views of the property.

“Our intention was to reflect the tranquility and rustic elegance of the vineyards and wine cellar through every detail of the space,” says Amy LaBelle, founder and co-owner of LaBelle Winery. “We’ve created an atmosphere where guests can fully relax and enjoy the moment, whether it’s an intimate meal or a lively gathering.”

Located at LaBelle’s Amherst winery and production facility, The Bistro offers a distinctive New England winery dining experience just 20 minutes from Manchester and 30 minutes from the Massachusetts border. “It’s a peaceful escape with incredible views, delicious food and our signature hospitality,” says Cesar Arboleda, the winery’s co-owner.

The Bistro’s serene dining atmosphere is enhanced by soft lighting, bespoke rugs and custom banquettes. Dining areas include indoor seating for 50 guests within the winery’s tasting room and Gallery dining area, which overlooks the wine production facility. During the warmer months, seating for an additional 50 guests is available on a dog-friendly outdoor patio.

Within the tasting room dining area, The Bistro’s bar transforms into a dining space in the evenings. Ten custom-upholstered bar stools create a cozy spot for guests to enjoy dinner and drinks. A standout design feature in the Gallery dining area is a custom accent wall crafted from repurposed wine barrel staves. The wall was conceived by Amy LaBelle and built by John Edwards, the winery’s facilities manager and operations advisor. The piece beautifully reflects the winery’s fusion of artistry and functionality.

For larger parties and private events, dining is available in The Vintage Room, a private, 32-seat space that blends rustic charm with elegant design. The room features textured wall coverings, custom light fixtures, upholstered chairs, draperies and rustic wooden tables hand-crafted in the U.S. An attached outdoor terrace covered by a pergola overlooks LaBelle’s Pedroso Vineyard, providing a serene and scenic backdrop.

Under the leadership of Executive Chef, Justin Bernatchez, The Bistro’s scratch kitchen crafts every element by hand, elevating its signature American comfort food with French culinary techniques. “By thoughtfully incorporating LaBelle’s wines into our cooking processes, we create depth and complexity in every bite,” Bernatchez says.
