LaBelle Winery Announces New 2026 Spring Dining Menus at The Bistro & Americus Restaurant
Amherst and Derry, New Hampshire — LaBelle Winery, known for its award-winning wines and farm-to-table cuisine, announces its spring 2026 dining menus and seasonal beverage offerings at Americus Restaurant in Derry and The Bistro in Amherst. Both restaurants offer brunch, lunch and dinner service.
“LaBelle’s 2026 spring menus reflect the renewal and energy of a New England spring,” says executive chef, Justin Bernatchez. “These menus showcase our team’s creativity and passion with fresh, seasonal dishes and inventive beverages.”

Our chefs have crafted menus that capture the season beautifully, and we can’t wait to welcome guests back to our terraces.”

Seasonal spring specials at Americus are crafted by executive chef Justin Bernatchez and head restaurant chef David Zusman. They include spinach tortellini; oysters Rockefeller; a marinated tuna steak; stuffed Cornish hen roulade; a spring beet salad and strawberry panna cotta.
At The Bistro, spring specials are also crafted by Bernatchez along with head restaurant chef Noah Gagne. These include a roasted beet salad; cheddar beignets; mushroom toast; lamb and black truffle ragout; spring pea and carrot risotto and crêpes and berries.

Core Menu Offerings
Both restaurants’ regular menus reflect their unique culinary identities. The Bistro features seasonally inspired, scratch-made American fare with French influences, prepared with the freshest farm-to-table ingredients, often incorporating LaBelle’s wines and The Winemaker’s Kitchen line of specialty culinary products.
The menus at Americus focus on winemaker-driven, contemporary farm-to-table cuisine with New England roots and a global influence. Both restaurants share core menu features such as soups and salads; artisanal cheeses and charcuterie boards; diverse appetizers; hand-cut steaks and a wide selection of entrees. Americus also offers house-made pasta dishes and wood-fired pizzas.
The Bistro features classic offerings such as the winemaker’s burger; pistachio-crusted haddock; roasted chicken LaBelle and duck and risotto. Americus’ highlights include rigatoni; chicken LaBelle and seared salmon.
Both restaurants feature a “24oz Porterhouse Steak for Two” special available Friday and Saturday evenings while supplies last, as well as children’s menus and takeout options.

At Americus, spring cocktail specials include a sunlit rosemary spritz; a blushing bloom; a pink ember martini; a chamomile honey sour; a cherry-chocolate old fashioned; a spring honey bee and a strawberry mint margarita, among others. The restaurant also offers raspberry rosé sangria available by the glass or pitcher.
At The Bistro, spring cocktail specials include a lemon poppy seed martini; a peach blossom; a blood orange Moscow mule; a blueberry basil cosmo; a peach tea old fashioned; a strawberry bourbon sidecar; an elderflower margarita; a spring 75 and a hibiscus orange mai tai, among others. The Bistro also offers a seasonal sangria made with LaBelle Winery’s dry pear wine, available by the glass or pitcher.
Both restaurants also offer dessert cocktails including espresso martinis and dessert martini flights. The Bistro’s dessert martini menu includes a pistachio martini; a salted caramel martini and a biscotti espresso martini. Americus’ dessert cocktail menu includes a monkey business martini; a salted caramel white Russian and a white chocolate pistachio martini.Sunday-only brunch cocktails at The Bistro include a mimosa tower. At Americus, Sunday brunch features a boozy iced coffee flight and a mimosa flight.
Guests can enjoy all of LaBelle’s wines by the glass, bottle or flight at either location.Low-alcohol cocktails, which contain up to 50 percent less alcohol than standard cocktails, remain popular additions to the beverage menus at both restaurants. At Americus, these include a first bloom fizz and a floral static. At The Bistro, low-alcohol options include a honey peach pop and a grapefruit Aperol spritz.

About LaBelle Winery:
LaBelle Winery has provided guests with award-winning wines since its founding in 2005. Since 2012, when its flagship facility opened in Amherst, the winery has offered outstanding cuisine, entertainment and venues for private events and weddings. LaBelle’s Amherst location is home to the winery’s production facility, The Bistro restaurant, a tasting room and wine and gift shop.
LaBelle’s Derry location opened in 2021. The Derry property is home to Americus restaurant, golf and mini-golf courses, an event center and a market offering prepared food and beverages. A tasting room and a sparkling wine production facility opened in Derry in May 2022.
Along with award-winning wines, LaBelle has created a gourmet culinary product line called The Winemaker’s Kitchen. Products are currently available at both of the winery’s locations.
