Four-Course Holiday Brunch Menu:
You’ll be greeted with sparkling wine or sparkling cider when you arrive, included with your brunch. A cash bar will be available for everyone throughout the event for additional purchases of wine, holiday cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic beverages!
- First Course ~Cheese Blintz: triple citrus marmalade, vanilla bean chantilly, candied citrus peels
- Second Course ~ Spinach and Watermelon Radish Salad: farro, goat cheese, watermelon radish, boiled egg, green goddess dressing
- Third Course ~ Christmas Morning Strata: sausage, bacon, roasted tomato, roasted mushroom, English muffins baked in a savory custard topped with molasses hollandaise, herb roasted potato, asparagus
- Fourth Course ~ Peppermint Chocolate Decadence: chocolate sauce, chantilly, crushed peppermint

About the Joe Deleault Jazz Quartet:
Joe Deleault is an award winning international performer, composer, and session pianist. Recording credits include Jon Bon Jovi, Carly Simon, Joan Osborne, Natalie MacMaster, Mighty Sam McClain, CJ Chenier, and many more. His television and film credits include Grown Ups II, Dawson’s Creek, PBS’s Roadtrip Nation, NH Chronicle, On Golden Pond, Time and Charges, Heavenly Angle, and many more. His music composed for stage credits include On Golden Pond, Political Suicide, POEms, Shakespeare’s the Tempest, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and many more. Joe’s piano can be heard nightly on the opening theme to NH Chronicle on ABC. His composing projects include work with Academy Award winner Ernest Thompson, filmmaker Ken Burns, and StoryFirst. Joe won the 2023 Telly Award.
