- Second Course ~ Boar Chop: Hoisin chile glaze served with Asian Napa cabbage slaw and orange-carrot yuzu syrup
- Third Course ~ Elk Medallion: Elk medallion with roasted mushroom farro, blackberry bourbon demi glace, brown butter, topped with fresh thyme
