LaBelle Winery Introduces Fall Brunch Menus and Cocktails at Americus and The Bistro
Amherst and Derry, New Hampshire — LaBelle Winery announces the launch of its fall brunch menus and fall cocktail offerings at Americus Restaurant in Derry and The Bistro in Amherst. Both restaurants offer brunch, lunch and dinner service, with indoor and outdoor seating options.
Sunday brunch is available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Bistro and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Americus throughout the fall season. The new fall brunch selections reflect the season through updated dishes and beverages developed under the direction of executive chef Justin Bernatchez and co-owner and winemaker Amy LaBelle.
“Fall gives us an opportunity to bring warmer flavors and ingredients into brunch while still keeping the dishes approachable,” said Bernatchez. “There is a nice mix of savory and sweet across both menus, with seasonal touches that make brunch feel a little different this time of year.”
“Fall is one of my favorite seasons at LaBelle, and brunch is a wonderful way to experience it,” says Amy LaBelle, founder and co-owner of LaBelle Winery. “Good food, a glass of wine or a seasonal cocktail and time around the table with family and friends are all part of what we want guests to enjoy when they visit us.”
