From power ballads to dance floor classics, the music will keep the party alive all night long!
Four-Course Dinner Menu:
- First Course: Blue Cheese Walnut Ball: with cheddar and cream cheese, rolled in candies walnuts, with bacon and chives on a French bread crostini drizzled with red wine syrup
- Second Course: Baby Spinach Salad: with red onion, raspberries, goat cheese and crispy prosciutto, tossed in a raspberry wine poppy seed vinaigrette
- Entree: Apricot Glazed Chicken Breast: with chilled couscous, radish, scallion, golden raisins, cherry tomato, almonds and mint tossed with lemon and olive oil
- OR Vegetarian Option: Apricot Glazed Cauliflower Steak: with chilled couscous, radish, scallion, golden raisins, cherry tomato, almonds and mint
- Dessert: Chocolate Cherry Pot de Creme: with Chantilly, luxardo cherry and rolled wafer
