Led by LaBelle Winery’s Executive Chef and owner, Amy LaBelle, this engaging class will guide you step-by-step through the sourdough-making process. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned home cook, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to create artisan-style bread in your own kitchen. Each guest will receive a LaBelle Winery sourdough starter and written instructions outlining the full recipe and timing. During the class, you’ll feed your starter for the first time and prepare your own loaf of sourdough to take home, where it will bulk ferment overnight before baking.
All ingredients and tools are provided—and they’re yours to keep. Class attendees will leave with two sourdough jars, food scale, spatula, banneton, and sourdough bread recipe cards, making it easy to continue baking long after the class ends. Perfect for couples, friends, families, and corporate groups, this class offers a unique and memorable culinary experience in a welcoming setting!
Space is limited, so be sure to register early for the best availability! Please note that registration closes two days prior to the event.
