- First Course – Jamaican Beef Patty: spicy beef filled pastry, mango salsa
- Second Course – Jamaican Fruit Salad: chopped pineapple, mango, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, toasted walnuts, honey lime dressing
- Entree – Jamaican Jerk Chicken: marinated and roasted chicken breast, coconut rice, Caribbean coleslaw, cilantro lime yogurt sauce
