- Amuse: Shrimp Ceviche Cup~ Lime, Mango, Red Onion, Cilantro, and tomato in crispy corn tortilla cup
- Salad: South American Tomato Salad ~ Mixed greens, sliced tomato, red onion, cilantro leaves, queso fresco, lime juice, olive oil

- Coffee Cumin Dusted Flat Iron Steak~ Yucca fries, braised collard greens, chimichurri sauce
