LaBelle Winery Announces New Summer 2026 Dining Menus at The Bistro & Americus Restaurant
Amherst and Derry, New Hampshire — LaBelle Winery, known for its award-winning wines and farm-to-table cuisine, announces its summer 2026 dining menus and seasonal beverage offerings at Americus Restaurant in Derry and The Bistro in Amherst. Both restaurants offer brunch, lunch and dinner service, with indoor and outdoor seating options.
“LaBelle’s 2026 summer menus reflect the best of a New England summer,” says Justin Bernatchez, says executive chef and twice voted Best New Hampshire Chef in the New Hampshire Union Leader Readers’ Choice Awards. “Our culinary teams have built something exciting at both restaurants, with fresh seasonal dishes, inventive cocktails and new dessert options that celebrate the flavors of the season.
“Summer is my favorite time of year at LaBelle Winery,” says Amy LaBelle, founder and co-owner of LaBelle Winery.“There is nothing better than seeing our patios full of guests enjoying our summer dishes with a glass of wine in hand. People turn to LaBelle to celebrate life’s moments, and I want our menu offerings to complement those special moments.”
new 2026 Summer Specials
Summer specials at Americus were crafted by Bernatchez and chef David Zusman. Appetizers and salads include an heirloom Caprese salad; a creamy summer herb dip; mango-lime oysters Rockefeller and a summer raviolo with caramelized lemon broth and summer squash ricotta filling. Entrees include a sesame-crusted seared ahi tuna steak and pina colada chicken with coconut risotto. For dessert, guests can enjoy blueberry crisp with rosemary lavender ice cream.
At The Bistro, summer specials crafted by Bernatchez and chef Noah Gagne include a peach and burrata salad and fried street corn and lobster sliders served with a creamy summer herb dip. Entrees include pina colada chicken with coconut risotto and grilled swordfish served with Provençal couscous and olive and artichoke tapenade. For dessert, guests can enjoy a summer peach crisp served à la mode.

Core Menu Offerings
Both restaurants’ regular menus reflect their unique culinary identities. The menus at Americus focus on winemaker-driven, contemporary farm-to-table cuisine with New England roots and a global influence. The Bistro features seasonally inspired, scratch-made American fare with French influences, prepared with farm-to-table ingredients, often incorporating LaBelle’s wines and The Winemaker’s Kitchen line of culinary products.
Both restaurants share core menu features including soups and salads, artisanal cheese and charcuterie boards, diverse appetizers, hand-cut steaks and a wide selection of entrees.
The Bistro features classic offerings such as moules marinieres; steak frites; pistachio-crusted haddock; duck and risotto; and roasted chicken LaBelle, all of which are available on the The Bistro’s lunch and dinner menus.
Americus’ highlights include coastal brodetto; seared salmon; chicken LaBelle; linguine vongole; and a rotating selection of house-made pastas and wood-fired pizzas, which are all available on the Americus’ lunch and dinner menus.
Both restaurants offer kids’ menus and takeout options through The Bistro To-Go and Americus To-Go.

Sunday brunch at labelle winery
Brunch is served every Sunday at both restaurants. At The Bistro, brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features dishes such as an avocado Benedict; a lemon poppy seed pancake stack; and brunch burger, along with raspberry-stuffed beignet dippers and a kids’ brunch menu. At Americus, brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features dishes such as eggs Benedict; steak and eggs; a brunch burger; and a lox bagel, along with a mini house-made donut trio and a kids’ brunch menu. The full Americus brunch menu is available online here.
Brunch cocktails are offered at both locations. At The Bistro, guests can choose from six specialty mimosas or a mimosa tower which includes 12 full-size mimosas for a minimum of four guests. At Americus, guests can build their own flight of three flavored mimosas or boozy iced coffees, or enjoy a bloody elixir.

Guests can enjoy all of LaBelle’s wines by the glass, bottle or flight at either location. Both restaurants have full-service bars serving spirits, mocktails, LaBelle’s wines and bottled beers. Americus also offers a selection of draft beers.

- $2 Tuesdays at Americus: Every Tuesday, 4 to 9 p.m., featuring $2 oysters, $2 LaBelle wine samples and 20 percent off select bottles of LaBelle’s wines at the table.
- Social Hour: Every Wednesday, featuring 25 percent off select appetizers; $10 select LaBelle wines by the glass and 50 percent off draft beers from 4 to 6 p.m. at Americus and 3 to 5 p.m. at The Bistro.
- Double Points Thursdays: Vintage Rewards members earn double points on all dining purchases every Thursday.
- Porterhouse Steak: A 24-ounce grilled porterhouse steak served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, the vegetable of the day and demi-glace, available daily while supplies last.
- Military Discount: A year-round 10 percent discount is available for all active duty and veterans at both locations.
The Bistro and Americus both offer add-on experiences bookable through OpenTable, including a date night experience; build-your-own sangria experience, a birthday experience; a single rose add-on and a Pups on the Patio experience. Americus also offers a mini golf add-on for playing mini golf at Mini Links Miniature Golf Course in Derry, NH.

LaBelle Winery welcomes well-behaved dogs on its outdoor terraces at both locations. The Pups on the Patio menu offers chef-prepared entrees and desserts formulated specifically for dogs, free of salt, spices, onions, garlic, chocolate and artificial sweeteners.

About LaBelle Winery:
