Vino Voices Spotlights Amy LaBelle and LaBelle Winery’s Blue Cheese Wine Fondue Recipe
Amy LaBelle, founder of LaBelle Winery, was recently featured by wine writer Tom Mullen on Vino Voices in a video interview covering her journey from lawyer to winemaker. The piece highlights the leap Amy took from a legal career to founding LaBelle Winery in New Hampshire, and the challenges and inspiration behind building her local business from the ground up.
Amy also contributed a recipe to Mullen’s new cookbook, The Winemakers’ Cooking Companion, a collection of 108 recipes from winemakers, winery chefs, and winery owners across 18 countries. Her contribution: a Blue Cheese Wine Fondue, credited to LaBelle Winery in Amherst, New Hampshire, and made with LaBelle’s award-winning Riesling wine.
