LaBelle Winery Announces Fall 2026 Dining Menus at The Bistro and Americus
Amherst and Derry, New Hampshire — LaBelle Winery, known for its award-winning wines and farm-to-table cuisine, announces its Fall 2026 dining menus and seasonal beverage offerings at Americus Restaurant in Derry and The Bistro in Amherst. The new offerings are available starting Sept. 29 at Americus and Sept. 30 at The Bistro. Both restaurants offer brunch, lunch and dinner service, with indoor and outdoor seating options.
“Fall brings out some of my favorite ingredients of the year, and this menu is a true collaboration between our two culinary teams,” said Justin Bernatchez, says executive chef at LaBelle Winery. “Working alongside chef Noah at The Bistro and chef David at Americus, we wanted each dish to feel like a celebration of the season, from the first bite to the last.”

new 2026 Fall Specials
Fall specials at Americus were crafted by Bernatchez and restaurant chef David Zusman as part of chef David’s autumn creations. Highlights include the autumn jewel box salad, duck confit and Brie money bags, pan-roasted halibut and pork Milanese.
At The Bistro, fall specials crafted by Bernatchez and restaurant chef Noah Gagne make up chef Noah’s autumn creations. Highlights include a kale salad, fried Brussels sprouts, burrata and pears, caramel apple chicken and gnocchi and grilled pork chop.

Core Menu Offerings
Both restaurants’ regular menus reflect their unique culinary identities. The menus at Americus focus on winemaker-driven, contemporary farm-to-table cuisine with New England roots and a global influence. The Bistro features seasonally inspired, scratch-made American fare with French influences, prepared with farm-to-table ingredients, often incorporating LaBelle’s wines and The Winemaker’s Kitchen line of culinary products.
Both restaurants share core menu features including soups and salads, artisanal cheese and charcuterie boards, diverse appetizers, hand-cut steaks and a wide selection of entrees. The Bistro’s year-round highlights such as French onion soup au gratin, an artisan cheese slate, short rib poutine, steak frites and seared salmon. Americus’ year-round highlights include a cheese board, mussels, mafaldine pasta, coastal brodetto and chicken LaBelle.
Both restaurants offer kids’ menus and takeout options through The Bistro To-Go and Americus To-Go.

Both restaurants have introduced new fall dessert menus alongside their seasonal entree offerings. At Americus, chef David’s autumn creations include a maple peach tart. The core Americus dessert menu includes chocolate decadence, cheesecake, a chai crème brûlée, blueberry crisp and seasonal sorbet.
At The Bistro, chef Noah’s autumn creations include a chocolate tart. The core Bistro dessert menu also offers chocolate decadence cake, a cranberry crème brûlée, carrot cake and a chef’s Choice sorbet.
new Fall Cocktail Menus & Core Beverage Offerings
LaBelle’s 2026 fall cocktail menus complement its restaurants’ seasonal offerings. At Americus, fall cocktail specials include a smokey harvest margarita, a toasted marshmallow old fashioned, a spiced pear martini and apple pie sangria. Americus also offers a customizable whiskey flight featuring both standard and premium selections. At The Bistro, fall cocktail specials include a seasonal sangria, a chai negroni, a fall harvest margarita and a pumpkin Aperol sour.
Guests can also enjoy LaBelle’s full portfolio of wines by the glass, bottle or flight at either location. Both restaurants have full-service bars serving spirits, mocktails, LaBelle’s wines and bottled beers. Americus also offers a selection of draft beers.
Dessert Cocktails
New dessert cocktail menus are available at both locations. At Americus, dessert cocktails include an espresso martini, a butterbeer martini and a pumpkin spice martini along with a dessert martini flight. At The Bistro, dessert cocktail offerings include an espresso martini, a tiramisu espresso martini, a crème brûlée white Russian and a root beer float.
Low Alcohol, Craft Mocktails and Non-Alcoholic Beverages
Low-alcohol cocktails, which contain up to 50 percent less alcohol than standard cocktails, are available at both restaurants. LaBelle also offers low-alcohol wines that contain up to 33 percent less alcohol than traditional wines.
Non-alcoholic beverage options at both locations include mocktails, milk, juice, assorted sodas, lemonade, unsweetened iced tea, hot tea, French press coffee and bottled still or sparkling water. The Winemaker’s Kitchen culinary line of products is available at both locations.
Sunday brunch at labelle winery
Brunch is served every Sunday at both restaurants. At The Bistro, brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Americus serves brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. New fall brunch menus are now available at both locations; guests can view the full menu offerings on each restaurant’s website.
Weekly Dining Specials & Incentives at the bistro & americus
- Buck-a-Shuck Tuesdays at Americus: $1 oysters every Tuesday, 4 to 9 p.m., minimum six and maximum 36 per guest, while supplies last.
- Wednesday Happy Hour: 25 percent off select appetizers; $10 select LaBelle wines by the glass and 50 percent off draft beers at Americus from 4 to 6 p.m.; at The Bistro 25 percent off select appetizers, $10 select LaBelle wines by the glass and 20 percent off local craft beers.
- Double Points Thursdays: Vintage Rewards members earn double points on all dining purchases at both restaurants every Thursday.
- Military Discount: A year-round 10 percent discount is available for all active-duty service members and veterans at both locations.
- Game Day at Americus: Every Sunday during football season, guests can enjoy game day bites and cocktails while watching the games.

- Birthday Experience: For $30 per party, guests receive a personalized birthday menu, a mini birthday cake martini, bottled water and a dessert of choice served with a sparkler candle.
- Build-your-own sangria experience: For $45 per party, guests can customize a bottle of red, white or blush sangria tableside with fresh juices, seasonal garnish and a shared pour of triple sec.
- Single rose add-on: For $12 per party, guests can add a single rose to their table.

Pups on the patio
LaBelle Winery welcomes well-behaved dogs on its outdoor terraces at both locations. The Pups on the Patio menu offers chef-prepared entrees and desserts formulated specifically for dogs, free of salt, spices, onions, garlic, chocolate and artificial sweeteners.
