Yankee Magazine and LaBelle Winery come together for an unforgettable evening celebrating the warmth and traditions of a New England holiday. Five courses inspired by Yankee’s holiday recipe archive will set the stage for stories and conversation between Yankee’s Amy Traverso and LaBelle Winery’s Amy LaBelle, exploring the foods, memories, traditions, and practical cooking wisdom that have shaped holiday tables throughout New England. Inspired by the spirit of “Silent Night,” the evening will unfold amid warm candlelight, beautiful holiday tablescapes, live music, and special touches designed to create the feeling of a timeless New England holiday gathering shared with family and friends!

- General Admission: Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Your evening includes a five-course dinner, wine pairings, conversation with Amy Traverso and Amy LaBelle, live entertainment, and a take-home gift.
- VIP Admission—includes everything in general admission, plus:
- Private reception in LaBelle’s wine cellar from 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Complimentary glass of sparkling wine
- Photo opportunity and time to converse with Amy Traverso and Amy LaBelle

Five-Course Dinner Menu:
- First Course—Fireside Baked Brie en Croûte: mulled red wine and winter fruit compote, baby arugula, and toasted crostini
- Paired with LaBelle Tempest
- Second Course—New England Coastal Shrimp Cocktail Trio: smoky cocktail sauce, chili crisp and lime, and creamy herb and lemon sauce
- Paired with LaBelle Seyval Blanc
- Third Course—New England Winter Garden Salad: baby spinach, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, and shaved Parmesan with blood orange poppy seed vinaigrette
- Paired with LaBelle Cranberry Riesling
- Main Course—Holiday Hearth Cranberry and Rosemary Braised Short Ribs: cider-glazed winter root vegetables, whipped potatoes, and cranberry gremolata
- Paired with LaBelle Cabernet Sauvignon
- Dessert—Peppermint Snowfall Chocolate Cheesecake: chocolate Chantilly cream, crushed peppermint, and chocolate sauce
