DERRY — LaBelle Winery has announced the dates for its inaugural LaBelle Lights festival at its Derry Location. From November 18, 2021 through February 26, 2022, visitors will be able to enjoy a festive outdoor light show on foot. Music will be coordinated with the lights to enhance the sensory experience. The light display will be changed periodically throughout its eighteen-week run.

LaBelle Lights will take place on the LaBelle Links golf course along a paved walking path, allowing people of all ages to access the show. The path will be cleared in the event of snow.

Approximately fifteen light features will comprise LaBelle Lights, including meteor lights, a spritzer tunnel, large gift boxes, light tunnels and carpet lights.

Tickets to LaBelle Lights will be $15.00 and will be available for purchase onsite at LaBelle Market or online via Eventbrite or LaBelle Winery’s website, where LaBelle Lights’ hours of operation can also be found.

LaBelle Lights will support various charities including Toys for Tots, End 68 Hours of Hunger and Empowering Angels, a nonprofit created by Amy LaBelle that works to encourage girls and young women to embrace the possibility of entrepreneurship in their future careers.

Ticket holders are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots between November 18 and December 15, 2021. Guests attending the festival after December 15 can support End 68 Hours of Hunger by bringing canned soup or pasta to donate. A percentage of the proceeds from LaBelle Lights’ tickets sales will support Empowering Angels.

A number of themed events coordinating with LaBelle Lights that are included in the LaBelle Lights admission fee are planned. These will include “Crazy Christmas Hat Night” on December 3; “Pajama Night” on December 10; “Ugly Holiday Sweater Night” on December 17; “Fire and Ice” weekend January 13-15; and a Valentine-themed event February 10-14.

Additional ticketed events that include a post event walk-through of LaBelle

Lights include a children’s “Polar Express” cookies and story time with Santa event on Dec. 10 and A New Year’s Eve big band music performance and plated dinner celebration on Dec. 31, which will feature dancing with the Freese Brothers Big Band.
